1. Information Collection

We collect user account details, authentication credentials, and system interaction logs necessary to provide and maintain the platform. We process the inventory, stock levels, sales records, product catalogs, categories, supplier details, and customer information that you input to help your business manage day-to-day operations, vendor tracking, and order fulfillment.

2. Data Security

All user sessions, inventory transactions, and business data are encrypted via transport-layer security (TLS) and protected behind managed reverse proxy layers with isolated database access and strict administrative controls.

3. Help Assistant

The in-app help assistant is powered by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. The questions you type into it, and the name of the page you are on, are sent to Anthropic to generate an answer. The assistant does not have access to your inventory, sales, customers or any other business data, and nothing from your account is sent unless you type it into a question, so please don't include sensitive details there. We record how many questions each user asks per day to apply a daily limit.
